Tea Processing Machinery
We supply complete tea processing equipment designed to improve productivity, consistency, and product quality across all stages of production. Our range includes withering systems, continuous withering machines, CFUs, driers, presorters, final vibro sorters, vibrating packers, lifting platforms, winnowers, storage bins, hoppers, conveyors, and vertical bucket elevators—providing a fully integrated solution for efficient and modern tea factory operations.
Fabrication & Installations
We deliver high-quality fabrication and installation solutions for industrial and agricultural operations. Our expertise includes custom leaf carriers, tippers, truck bodies, tractor trailers, drier cyclones, boiler chimneys, steel-pressed high-level tanks, fuel and condensate tanks, log splitters, steam-to-air heat exchangers, ball breakers, and boiler air pre-heater systems—engineered for durability, efficiency, and long-term performance.
Instrumentation
We provide reliable temperature measurement instruments including thermographs, digital thermometers, and dial gauge thermometers—designed for accurate monitoring, process control, and improved operational efficiency.
Spare Parts & Consumables
We supply a full range of reliable spare parts and consumables for tea processing equipment, including CTC segments, parts for CTCs, rotor vanes, milling/grooving machines, and CFUs. Our offering also covers PVC and cotton conveyor belts, CFU perforated belts, geared motors, magnets, FB drier components, and spares for vibro screen final sorters (Pennwalt–Sharples) such as screen meshes, motors, bearings, and discharge domes—including complete Pennwalt vibro sorters.
Agency
We supply trusted, high-quality agency products including Timken bearings, genuine Isuzu and Mitsubishi vehicle spare parts, a wide range of tyres, and premium lubricants—ensuring reliable performance and long-lasting durability for industrial and automotive needs.
Workshop & Maintenance Services
We offer comprehensive workshop and maintenance solutions, including steam system installations, machining of gears, shafts, pulleys, and moulds, sheet metal rolling, cutting, and bending, 2D/3D CAD design, and full electrical and mechanical maintenance of processing machinery. Our services also include belt vulcanization, dynamic balancing, fan and ball breaker balancing, final sorter mesh mounting, flange rolling, gear cutting, and precision work on pressing, bending, drilling, cutting, and milling machines—delivering efficiency, reliability, and expert support.
